L.E.A.D (Starts Fall 2010):
The Life Enrichment & Artistic Development (L.E.A.D.) Program is a youth and adult program that employs an innovative Interest-based Interdisciplinary Approach (developed by Daniel Veasy, MS) to ENRICH, DEVELOP, and ultimately TRANSFORM lives. L.E.A.D.’s unique paradigm is designed to identify, and then use an individual’s interests (i.e.
in the Arts, Sports, Technology, etc.) and/or innate abilities to deliver and instill the individualized social, life, academic, health (mental & physical), and career skills that he/she needs to LEAD a successful life. Though the program accepts all individuals, it is however geared toward, but not limited to youth and adults who are underprivileged and/or have been disenfranchised. L.E.A.D. uses the following areas of interest to deliver its Interest-based Interdisciplinary approach:
